IS YOUR PAYOUT SECURE

700 workers recently lost their jobs due to the collapse of Sydney-based trucking company McArthur Express and not everyone has been paid out.

Federal Workplace Relations Minister Joe Hockey promised the Government's safety new scheme GEARS (General Employee Entitlements and Redundancy Scheme) would payout all 700 workers including their annual and long service leave.

But more than 200 workers claim they haven't received enough money and both Government's have left them out to dry.

The Transport Workers Union has taken up the fight for these workers, speaking out to the media and protesting outside Government offices to secure their payout.

If you haven't been paid out or you want to protect your entitlements please call our office on (07) 3890 3066.
