UNIONS DELIVERING

The gap between pay rises in union and non-union agreements has widened, 0.6% in the September 2007 quarter compared with 0.4% in the June quarter.

"Union agreements are now delivering an Average Annualised Wage Increase (AAWI) of 4.3% compared with 3.7% in non-union deals,"according to the ADAM Report released by the Workplace Research Centre last Friday (June 27).
