Our member-led negotiating team at StarTrack/AusPost have met with management for the third time.
They told StarTrack/AusPost that Parcel workers are willing to fight to secure our jobs with good rates and conditions. But management is making it clear that winning good conditions won’t be easy – they still won’t agree to:
- Safeguards that will stop our work being auctioned off to other business units on substandard rates and conditions.
- Safe wages that meet the cost of living increase we all face.
- Superannuation and safe rates commitments that meet industry standards.
